CAESAR II must be modified to be able to determine the "code stress" in a dynamic analysis for pipeline codes. This is because the dynamic code stress is the sum of the static + dynamic stresses. The static "code" stress could be longitudinal, or hoop, or combined. In the static module, CAESAR II reports which stress/allowable ratio is the highest (as the static code stress). At this time, the dynamic module doesn't know which static stress governed, so the static+dynamic sum cannot be computed.
