Changing the "client name", which is stored on the ESL, is rather easy. To set things up, and make sure our database (with contact details) is correct and up to date, please make the request through our sales group at "sales@coade.com".

Once all the "ducks are in a row", all you need to do is:
- go to the ESL menu and select the option to "Generate Access Codes"
- e-mail the codes to us
- when you receive the reauthorization codes from us, go back to the ESL menu and
- pick the option to "enter re-authorization codes"
- and enter the codes.
