The reason I asked about the Static Analysis and Configuration modules is because those two are dependent on ".Net", which has caused issues in the past.

The obvious question is "what changed on your machine to cause this issue"?

To save time in resolving this issue:
1) Please make sure you're running the latest Service Pack for your version of CAESAR II.
2) If that doesn't resolve the issue, please open a Support Request on Smart Support.
