Problem:
ASME VIII Div.1
Flat head bolted BLIND with "G"=368mm and "C"=425mm with two 4"x6.02 (ID. 102.26mm) nozzles set-in spaced 210mm across main axes.

I am falling in UG-39(e) so I must do the check if average diameter of openings is greater than one-quarter the head diameter.

As per fig UG-34(j) the Head diameter ("d") for bolted blind is the "G" (mean diameter) of the gasket; instead PVE uses "C" bolting diameter.

Am I wrong and there are other rules I dont know or there is a bug in the software?
