Have anyone have experience in mixing tee design.

Just curious how does it looks like. Just heard of it but haven't seen one.

This is one solution, depending on the outcome of CFD coupled with thermo-mechanical analysis.

From my previous experience, there are some criteria (I forgot the delta T) between the cold fluid and hot fluid where this is a concern and detailed analysis to be performed otherwise use this mixing tee design. A simplified calculation based on the "beam on elastic foundation theory" is also available.
