unfortunately the problem seems not to be solved, neither in 2019 nor in the latest v12.
I need to work manually in pcf also now, dec 2021...

the problem, I think, is that the information about type of rigid element defined in the CaesarII input interface is not passed to/readed from C2isogen! than, C2Isogen includes wrong VALVE/FLANGE element tags and FLWN, FLSO, FFBL, VVFL, VVBW skeys in the .PCF file.

please, someone has found a patch?
