Dan is correct. Usually the mitigation is either mechanical (e.g. adding restraints or stiffening existing supports) or acoustical (e.g. adding pulsation dampener, etc.). You can select whichever is practical and viable. You can also consult within your company if someone is specializing in this field. Maybe you have an in house fluid simulation software related to pulsation studies. Then you can exchange information, with you on the mechanical side.
