Thanks for your advice and we did this way to solve combined load issue.
It is just curious that no more issues be found in old versions
However, while it was already to be installed all Hot fix and SP files to update CII 2019 , the multiple factor still reset to 1.0 in Nema Sm23 module and can not be changed . Does anybody find the same issue in your CIi 2019？
