The issue with GRE is that there's no single one way to analyze it statically - each manufacturer will (or should) provide you guidance with how to tabulate stresses statically.

I've had manufacturers tell me to treat it like metal piping, but with different allowable stresses for different cases.

I've also had manufacturers tell me to use GRE specific code.

So, without specific experience analyzing GRE dynamically, I'm hesitant to tell you that the dynamic output definitively matches that of the static analysis code, but I would have to believe that is the intent of the authors of the software.
