EN-1591 flange analysis was not available in CAESAR II until Version 11 (2019). I presume that is what you mean?

Version 11 is now up to Service Pack 3 Hot Fix 1 (which includes all earlier Service Packs). Please acquire and install that Service Pack and Hot Fix so that we're all running the exact same version of the software. (While this may not resolve your issue, it will eliminate potential differences.)
