Does the object enabler in Structure rely on the CAD version (BricsCAD/AutoCAD) or the Structure release that was used to create the structural objects?

In ACAD 2021, my APPLOAD attempts of the object enabler , StructureDbx.dbx, file returns an incompatible release/version error message.
