How to add API Flanges 2-1/16", 2-9/16", 3-1/8", 4 1/16",....etc. sizes to catalogue and specs.

The above sizes should appear in Bill of Material

The unit of my Drawing is Metric/Inch.

For API 6A Flange sizes refer the attached image
