Hello Dave, I have a doubt about tank nozzle loads, I'd greatly appreciate it if you could respond:
Is it applicable to use "Nozzle flex" and entering all displacements at nozzle/shell junction in CAESAR II, and then sending the restrain report at the junction to the tank vendor?
It should be mentioned that without considering flexibility at the junction(it means without clicking on "Nozzle Flex" box) the stress file is overstressed and nozzle loads are so huge, and if I send the values without considering flexibility at the junction the vendor definitely won't accept it.
