I don't work for Interpgraph, but for whatever reason, CAESAR cannot output onto every line with displacements enabled. This has been the case for quite a while.

Though not ideal, you can accomplish this in Excel fairly easily using Power Query.

Power Query is a "new" feature in Excel 2016+, available to previous versions of Excel in the form of an add-on from Microsoft.

It has the ability to "fill down" blank spots in the output reports without special programming.

Power Query also has additional functionality applicable to stress analysts (with and without learning its programming language) that you may find beneficial. I know I do.
