I presume you could run v.10 on this machine before? Based on this assumption, what changed on your machine?

Things to check/try:
1) see if there is an update to the driver for your graphics board.
2) In the CAESAR II configuration, try switching the graphics driver to another choice. (Windows Basic usually works, but it is slower than the alternatives.)

If the problem continues, please file a Support Request on Smart Support.
