I find redrawing or rotating (will force component to update)the component fixes the coordinate issue. Maybe give that a try.
I wonder if the REASSOCIATEMODEL command would help so you don't have to redraw everything.
That will definately work. I normally teach this in my classes that if you have copied or mirrored or similar is to run this command on the new components.
Its not always neccesary to do so, but have found certain strange behavoir from time to time with copied components.
