I see where CAESAR states that insulation added to a non-zero weight rigid is multiplied by 1.75

I see where CAESAR treating rigid elements as piping elements, except 10x thicker.

The cases where this would be most critical is on "large" diameter, "thin" wall piping connected to "large" vessels, I would think. I can't think of too many other cases where you would have "modeling constructs" that would be susceptible to wind, despite reality dictating never seeing wind.
