Dear experts,

I am performing stress analysis for 4'' condensate line of 200 meters straight length with a depth of 1 meter from ground level running in underground. The Operating temperatures are 60 degree C (Maximum) and 4.4 degree C (Minimum), Operating Pressure = 81 bar with design code (ASME B 31.3).The system is getting failure in maximum stress range Expansion cases for all 90 degree Long radius and 45 degree elbow. I tried to increase the depth of the pipe but still there is a failure in case. The route changes cannot be done due to existing pipeline services .The Caesar II model is attached for your ready reference.
Kindly advise us alternate solution and please suggest me how to solve the issue.
