Maybe You don't write all necessary infromation like:
- for which condition You like to select (cold load or Hot load)
- the vendor of spring hanger
- available load variation

Of course You must have all parameters like temp and pressure.

If You have all this information please choose a Run error checker
You nned to receive information that You have a spring hanger in system and how many is undesign.

After this choose Edit Static load cases
In window from left side You have loads defined input !!!
If You have a H - Hanger loads it is ok.

Please choose a recommended load cases and after this You should have active a possibility a load case to choose a spring hanger
