Dear All,

In CAESAR-II, for WRC 17/537/297 calculation module by default the allowable are taken from Section II PART D tables 2A & 2B.
Why? what is the basis for that.

Section II PART D tables 2A & 2B is "SECTION III DIVISION 1. CLASS 1 AND SECTION III DIV 3"

Generally we thought it is SEC VIII DIV 1 or 2.

Please correct me, if I am wrong.
