Be careful with PCF files. The files generated by CAD systems are suitable for import into CAESAR II, so you don't have to manually code the geometry. Depending on which CAD system generated the PCF, there may be additional information transferred (insulation, temperature, pressure, etc).

The PCF generated by CAESAR II is intended to drive Isogen and produce a stress-iso. This is not suitable for import back into CAESAR II, this is why we appended "-SISO" to the filename.
