At the present time, the answer to your question is "no".

We are currently moving all of our graphics away from home grown assembly language to a 3rd party 3D Object Oriented Library - HOOPS. Once all of our graphics are in HOOPS we will have the ability to save the graphics to "meta files" which can be subsequently displayed via external viewers. The display capabilites would include rotating and zooming.

(Version 4.20 is the first version of CAESAR II to incorporate HOOPS. In Version 4.20, most of the input graphics are available in HOOPS.)
