The only way to accomplish what you want is within the LIST processor. However, there isn't a "cut & paste" option here in the normal sense. I suggest the following procedure:

1) Make a backup copy of the job, in case things get fouled up.

2) Go into the input, and then into the LIST processor.

3) On the Element List, block the first group of elements that you want to move.

4) Using the [arrow] keys, move the active element to the location in the input (list) where you want the highlighted block placed.

5) At this location, perform an identical duplication. If necessary, apply a node number increment.

6) Now delete the original, highlighted block.

7) Button up the model by changing any necessary node numbers where the newly placed block resides.

8) Verify that the copy/delete is what you wanted.

9) Save the model at this point.

You need to repeat steps 3-9 for each group of elements that you want to move.
