The first thing to do here is scan the problem machine for a virus. This probably isn't the cause, but this is the first thing to check.

From the Main Menu select "Tools/Configure Setup". Once the configuraiton dialog comes up, click on the Miscellaneous tab. On this screen, check to ensure that the setting for Memory Allocated is 12 Mbytes. This is sufficient for 90% of the jobs you'll encounter. (If this setting gets larger than about 50% of the amount of physical RAM installed on the machine, the whole machine will slow down when running CAESAR II.

To answer your specific question ... no, there are no known memory issues with CAESAR II Ver 4.30.
