Has anyone had any success finding the paper referenced in the delivered file vessel.eql? "Consideration of Nozzle Loads on Vessels in Process Plants" by Ausgabe, Edition 2007.

Searching the google, I can only find a reference to Ausgabe in an IAEA paper about PWRs.
