There are only two reasons I'm aware of that would prevent the Configuration window from appearing:

1) The associated DLLs and OCX files didn't register at install time. Assuming you have "Admin Rights", run the "netuserc2.bat" file in the \caesarii program directory to manually register these.

2) Flipping between single/dual monitors can sometimes cause Windows to same the screen position with non-existent coordinates. Try navigating into the CAESAR II registry branch and delete the key for "c2config". (Note, only that one key).

If these don't resolve the problem, open a Support Request on eCustomer.
