Hopefully this question hasn't already been asked, I have searched through previous postings and it doesn't appear to have been.

We have finally got the latest version of CAESAR II installed on our machines. (Yipee).

We keep older versions of CAESAR II on a couple of machines in the office such that we can open and run old models if we have queries etc from clients.

With the installation of Version 5, we have the new USB ESL, and a new version of 4.5 to install such that we can run version 4.5 but with the new ESL.

What about previous versions of CAESAR II? ie if I want to open and run a model in version 4.2 will version 4.2 work on the new ESL?

My understanding from our IT department is that the old ESL will self destruct after a period of time, once we have the new ESL authorised, hence we will no longer be able to use the old ESL.

Thanks
