Intergraph CADWorx & Analysis Solutions has the following position available:

PV Elite Technical Support Engineer.

Provide Technical Support for PV Elite pressure vessel analysis software, which includes telephone and e-mail communication with customers and software re-sellers worldwide. Advise customers and re-sellers how to fix technical problems, train on proper use of the software, assist customers with questions involving modeling techniques. Troubleshoot network installations and proper hardware configurations. Defect verification and reporting to development team. Testing of new features and bug fixes. Training of customers worldwide; writing and presenting webinars. Travel required.

Qualifications:

BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required. 2+ years experience using PV Elite (or equivalent) required. Knowledge of ASME Section VIII Boiler and Pressure Vessel code a big plus. Strong oral and written communication skills required. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook desired. MathCAD experience helpful, but not required.
