The rule is the following:

For B31.1 chapters start with 1 (e.g. 105)
For B31.3 chapters start with 3 (e.g. 305)
For B31.4 chapters start with 4 (e.g. 405)
For B31.8 chapters start with 8 (e.g. 805)
