Are you talking about the problem where you go into graphics and you get a big blank gray screen with the tool bar buttons vertically on the left? If so, this only occurs on Windows 95 and is caused by having only a single row of tool bar buttons. Drag the tool bar back to the top, then reduce the width of the window to cut off the last button. Exit the graphics and then re-enter the graphics. This should fix the problem.
