I'm sorry if this is a stupid question.

In a case,I want to get the loads at some special nodes.
My global coordinate is Z-Axis vertical.
Part of my piping model is cosX=0.809 cosY=-0.588 cosZ=0

In CII guide, it's said that user can use 'right hand rule' to determine local coordinate.
In global element force report, the node loads is:
FX -416 FY -1152 FZ 2093

In local element force report, the loads is:
Fx 341 Fy 1176 Fz -2093

I can understand this. But it does not comply with the CII guide.
This is trouble to me. Because when I use 'right hand rule', y-axis in local coordinate is vertical and z-axis is horizonal.

FZ in global coordinate should be equivalent to Fy in local coordinate.

Why FZ=Fz ????

Thanks in advance.
