when reviewing the "force" or "stress" reports, the elements are reported - sort of like a "free body diagram". For example:

line 1) data for node 10 on element A
line 2) data for node 20 on element A
blank line
line 3) data for node 20 on element B
line 4) data for node 30 on element B
blank line
line 5) data for node 30 on element C
line 6) data for node 40 on element C

So node 20 is reported twice, because it belongs to two different elments. The same is true for node 30. Now, if node 30 happens to be a tee, then there will be a third element someplace else in the report with the data for node 30 for this 3rd element.

Since each element can have its own cross-section data, the force and the stress report can show very different data for the same node as you move from element to element.
