I'd suggest you review the list of Reference Texts on this site .

In the Pipe Stress section, items 1 and 3 are excellent, but out of print. Item 5 is excellent and rather new, you should be able to get this one.

Another good source of information would be the back issues of COADE's Mechanical Engineering News. You can find a link to these under the Support menu option.
