Often times the video board manufacturer releases drivers that have not been fully tested for all situations - like OPENGL. The first thing to try is to switch (in the CAESAR II Configuration) the video driver, try "windows basic" instead of OPENGL.

If you still have graphics issues, visit the website of the "video board" vendor and see if they have a later driver you can download and install.
