We have not encountered a "delete" issue with any version, send the model in to TechSupport with instructions on how to reproduce the problem.

As to the "xyz coordinates" appearing after you delete some elements, that makes sense if you break the model into pieces. CAESAR II will automatically prompt for coordinates of the starting node of the disconnected segment.
