If miter cut=1, CAESAR II considers it widely spaced and you run the individual cut lengths as pipe.
If miter cut > 1, you are indicating closely spaced and, as Rich says, you will get a warning if the cuts are too far apart.
Be sure to properly set your effective "bend" radius.
