<font size="2" color="#800000">CAESAR II Version 5.00 is at the duplicators and will ship to users with up to date maintenance plans by the second week of November. The changes being made to the software for Version 5.00 have been previously announced. Version 5.00 will also require a <font size="2" color="800000">new ESL</font> (External Software Lock).
