Before you start the C2isogen, please run the Configuration/Setup from main menu Tools->Configure/Setup, click the "save" button to exit, then a new copy of CAESAR.CFG file will be created in the same folder of your CAESAR II files. The presence of CAESAR.CFG file will help to eliminate that error message.
