Thank you John. So I read the Appendix of B31.1 and you are right there are notes to materials that specified limits to temperature. I did not pay much attention on these notes specially that as a beginner I think only and depend on material database in Caesar and one day I saw some model using temperature higher than for specified in B31.1.
