I have a question as follow:

How do we evaluate the piping forces on in-line equipments such as Safety Relief Valve and Control Valve ?

In a piping model, I have known that most of valves are considered as rigid elements. But I think some valves are sensitive to piping loads.

Is there any opinion from all of you ?
