Can we please allow the man to reap some financial benefit first for having taken the considerable effort to publish this book?

All the old and out-of-print books (Kellogg, Speilvogle, Tube Turns (ARC Markl), etc.) are out on the "share" web sites now so read them first. Also download the non-copyrighted piping publications from American Lifelines and the Los Alamos National Laboratory and read those.
