Perhaps deleting the stop will not cause any problems in the real world.
I dont have much of an experience on the field.
But if I were to choose,I would always have the linestop in place to ensure the behaviour of the piping system.
Please note also that stops will help you take care of the occasional loads even if you dont need them for thermal reasons.
