This topic are discussed repeatly in our forum. Search using tools on above right...and still contraversial . Your load cases are correct. If you have D in L1 case then L3 should be T+D.

But please note that displacement in hot SUS case is unreal coz only NATIVE load case gives the real value for the displacement.
