The Piping Input is still saved in the "._A" file. However, when you change jobs or exit the CAESAR II processors, all of the job files are zipped up into a ".c 2" archive. When you restart any of the CAESAR II procesors, the component files (._A, ._P, etc) are extracted and the archive is deleted.
