Myself working on large bore CW line for Adani project.
I have completed the analysis. with some considerations.
Considerations are,

We calculated the maximum buckling load on saddle support by considering minimum possible Thk.
So , we selected wall Thk of 0.63 " by keeping max load of 67000 Lb on each support.
Now , in the flex we have added 6 supports to maintain the above permissible load.
But two support is getting lifted in SUS case, because of very short supporting span.
But in Operating case all supports are taking load & they are in permissible range.
If we maintain 3-4 supports all will take load but it will cross the permissible load limit & we have to increase pipe Thk.
But due to lifting on 2 supports last support is showing high loads in SUS case.
For that we can use 2 more supports as dummy after 6th support , it will take the initial Sus load.
