No, you can't model this in CAESAR II. The pipe passes through a mandrill, which introduces some curvature. Then there is the "S" curve above the water surface.

The only way to achieve such a geometry would be to use displacements, which essentially fixes the nodes at the displaced position, which defeats the purpose of your analysis.
