"Maybe", it depends on the Piping Code in use. Some Codes consider corrosion and some don't, or don't in certain load cases. You can always force CAESAR II to use corrosion by setting the "All Stress Cases Corroded" flag on the "SIF & Stress" tab of the Configuration Module.
