CAESAR II will create the isometric for all the elements of your model. So if you want isometric drawing(s) for part of your model, you need to cut the unwanted part by yourself, of course you'd better to make a backup copy before you try that.

Sometimes, CAESAR II will write more than one pcf files for one "big" piping model, and personal isogen dlls will generate several drawing files for one pcf files, called sheet splitting.

Therefore, what you experienced is quite normal, the most important thing is no message saying "errors in processing pcf files".
