A pipe system is working at 800psig (30" pipe; 0.842" wallthickness) it should be considered to take into account Bourdon effect ? (it is a suction pipe of gas compressor).

How CaesarII takes into account this "presure effect" the Technical reference Manual have a little explanation; Somebody could indicate technical literature to help me to understand this subject?
