Hi!
Our slurry pipeline design consider the use of chokes between flanges to cause successive pressure drop in valve/chokes stations.

Our Caesar models consider pressure in every element per the pressure profile that establishes in the line.

In this case the pressure thrust is about 3000 pounds per choke.

May somebody confirm me that Caesar does not consider the pressure thrust in axial force calculations, and hence the thrust must be included by hand, i.e. incorporating 3000 pounds in the corresponding node???

I would appreciate any comments.
